Library
The Library and the Archives of the Franciscan Monastery contain materials in a variety of formats on the Holy Land, Franciscans and the early development of the monastery.
The Archives have materials such as photographs and scrapbooks that document monastic life and the personal papers of Godfrey Schilling, the monastery’s founder.
The collections were recently inventoried, and are currently being catalogued. It is our hope that they will soon be available for members of the community, as well as students, scholars, and others, seeking to access these materials at the monastery.
If you are interested in finding out more about the collections at the Franciscan Library and Archives, please contact us.
